THE LEADERSHIP REGENERATION OF INASHUM MANAGEMENT AND WORKING MEETING OF NEW MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Leadership regeneration in a professional organization is not merely a routine 
ceremony. It signifies a new breath, a relay of vision, and a commitment to 
sustainability to meet the challenges of the times. This is also the case within 
INASHUM (Indonesian Society for Surgery of the Hand - Upper Limb, and 
Microsurgery). INASHUM was born out of the need for a collaborative platform for 
orthopedic specialists dedicated to the treatment of upper extremity, hand, and 
microsurgery cases. From complex trauma, brachial plexus injuries, congenital 
abnormalities, to reconstructive microsurgery, INASHUM's role is central to improving 
the standards of hand surgery services, education, and research in Indonesia.
